i needed 2 new water heaters big blue was very helpful andi would hire again.the are my new plumbers .my old plumber sold me out when i needed him the most.

Big Blue was very quick and efficient. They made multiple product recommendations and educated me about the products. I feel I was able to pick the system that worked best for me.

I just had a really wonderful experience with Kevin and Mark of Big Blue Plumbing...well, as wonderful as an experience can be when your toilet is broken and you discover that there are pretty major problems with the drain system in your building! I emailed Big Blue with my problem and almost immediately got a call back from Kevin and my appointment was scheduled for two days later. Kevin and Mark arrived right at the beginning of the two hour window they gave me. Right from the beginning they were very friendly and professional. We talked through the problem for awhile

Kevin, Josh and all the Big Blue crew were always prompt, professional and polite. I had major work done and they kept me up to date on progress, and always left the house neat and clean when they left. And when one of my two kitties sneaked out and ran off, Kevin spent literally house looking for him and leaving signs around the neighborhood.. As a result, the delinquent cat was found and Kevin put him back in the house. Altogether Big Blue did a great job in a difficult space - I have had plumbers take one look at my old setup and refuse to work on it. Full marks to Big Blue!

I would absolutely hire Big Blue Plumbing again, very experienced and knowledgeable.

FIxed water heater valve leak. Arrived on time and quickly. Might have been a little pricier than others because had to find unusual part in town and charged for time it took to do that. However, very professional, professional billing by invoice instead of on the spot payment, and would hire again.

Kevin is responsible, prompt, responsive, competent, that is, completely professional. I had a leak from my water heater: no heat plus wet floors. Kevin correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. I need no other plumber from now on.

I was pleased with the response time between contacting Kevin and the appointment. This was with in a day. He was prompt, courteous, careful with my fixtures, and very respectful of my home. He wore shoe booties so as not to track debris on my floor from a previous job! Also, and best of all I found his prices very reasonable! I have had a lot of trades in my condo throughout my two year renovation and Kevin was the best. He is my plumber from now on.

All I can say is that he knows his work. He is a professional, that is the highest complement. He does not cut corners in his work. It is an old house, can see that he had to do extra on the work. Very pleased, gave me options for the work. 100% professional.
