I sent out 6 requests for someone to install a new hot water heater on Home Advisor on the weekend. Bob was the only one to respond within the hour. Although not an emergency I was impressed with his response time. I asked a few questions...price, warranty, how long he had been in business. He was super nice on the phone, very professional and after getting the 5 other quotes we knew hiring Bob was the way to go. He could accommodate our time frame and he had the best rate! By far! Bob arrived on time and had the new tank installed in record time. We absolutely are completely satisfied with the job he did and will be using him again no doubt! Thanks Bob!
