He secured one wall but didnt complete the second wall. He also left without patching up the holes where he had removed the previous hooks. He didnt watch up and paint. All he did was move re-drill holes in different spots and left the other wall without finishing the job or patching up walls and paint. I had to pay another handyman to secure the other wall and repaint and patch up the holes left by this provider.

I contacted Elijah to assess damage to our HOA's multi-unit mailbox after an attempted break-in. When he came out, he inspected the mailbox and partially pulled the units from the wall to assess the damage. We determined that he needed access to the locked interior to fully evaluate whether the units could be repaired or needed replacement. My understanding when we left things was that we needed to coordinate with USPS to have the mailboxes properly opened before proceeding. Without my knowledge, Elijah then contacted another handyman, Mike, and asked him to come to the property regarding the mailbox. Mike subsequently drilled into both USPS master/Arrow locks and one individual mailbox keyhole while attempting to gain access. I did not authorize anyone to drill or damage any of the locks. The following day, Elijah told me that he had spoken with the post office and was told they did not have the master key to open the boxes and that I would need to hire a locksmith. I hired a licensed locksmith, who came to the property and discovered the newly drilled locks. I had previously sent this locksmith photos showing the condition of the mailbox before the drilling, so he was able to see the additional damage that had occurred. I then went to the post office myself and was told that USPS did, in fact, have the master key and could have provided the necessary access. USPS subsequently came to the property and removed the damaged master locks so that the mailbox units could be properly assessed and repaired or replaced. Elijah later confirmed that he had contacted Mike regarding the mailbox. Mike also confirmed to me that he drilled the locks based on his understanding of what Elijah had asked him to do. At no point did I authorize Elijah or Mike to drill the USPS master locks or the individual mailbox lock. I have not paid Elijah for his work. After discovering the additional damage, I requested his general liability insurance information so that the resulting property damage could be addressed. He refused to provide any insurance information, told me to, and characterized my request as We are now obtaining professional assessments and determining the additional repair/replacement costs resulting from the work performed.

Elijah is great: professional, good listener, and resourceful. He fixed a poor security camera solar panel mount installation done by a second rate handyman.

They are hardworking guys and very respectful. They do whatever you instructed them and gave suggestions as well. They made sure to complete their job at a given time. They’re trustworthy too. I really hope their business thrive. Thanks for the good job. I will also call them later for guttering.

Elijah was on time, extremely professional and courteous. The job took him longer than he expected, I think, but he stuck to the price he quoted. He's working hard to build his business and I hope to use him when we need him for other projects.

If you are on a budget, this is your guy. He has done several small projects on my fixer upper and I am very happy with the work. I plan on having him back for future work.
