Make sure you read the contract carefully due to a disagreement on the work that is to be done. Also a coupon that they would not honor.

"Hey I apologize for any inconvenience you thought you may have had. We went over the contract with your husband and the price was final. We couldn't compare our price or work that needed to be done just because you had got a cheaper estimate. You should have not hired me you should of said something before we started once again I am sorry for any misunderstanding hope you were happy with the work that was done."

Big Brothers Tree Service did an exceptional job removing a large maple tree as well as pruning several other trees. They had a wonderful team who worked together very professionally and they also did an excellent job cleaning up the property. I also want to mention that they were more reasonably priced than all the other tree companies that gave us estimates. We would highly recommend Big Brothers Tree Service!

After three times appointments they show up for job. On that day the big brothers owner/supervisor demanded $150 extra.

Very hard working family who completed the work in a timely fashion. They volunteered to do related work (e.g. Installing fence and additional support posts to the existing fence. Hedges planted and mulch were very high quality.

I needed some tree limbs cut down that overhung my roof. They gave me a free quote, and then matched am even cheaper quote that I got from someone else. They were on time, highly efficient and very responsive to feedback, tool away all debris and even offered to give me additional quotes on other things to improve my property. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They very courteous, kind, and professional. They clean up our backyard very well, however they could have cleaned up our street a little bit better. They worked well together even in the extreme heat. They took down our four trees quick and for a great price. I would recommended them to anyone who needs their trees cut down.

They called me and came early which was great. The work was done as we discussed. Frank and his crew were great, clean and neat. Price was as quoted and for my budget. Would recommend them and I probably have them come back in the early fall for more work.

They called me 15 minutes after the quote request. An hour later that night they came to the house as they were in the neighborhood completing another job and quoted the job of removing 11 trees and stump grinding. The job was done next day. Frank suggested some other limb trimming and further removals that encompassed the entire yard not just the targeted area in the back. All in all a professional job, good clean up and timely. We will consider for clearing our wooded area come summer.
