Very professional the job was done in a timely matter. I have no complaints. I will do business with them again in the future.

Had issues with some critters getting in from Attic. Crew came out and made the repairs needed. Did the trick! NO further issues. Price was reasonable.

This has, without a doubt, been the worst experience of my life. The roof is still not completed and they started in September. It's been lie after lie after lie. Now, they refuse to respond to me, even though they collected my deposit on new skylights. The roof itself took 3 weeks instead of 5 or 6 days. And it leaked the first time it rained. I've left numerous messages for them throughout the roof process, which they never responded to. And now they are completely ignoring me on the skylights. Horrible experience. I will probably never use Home Advisor again because of them. A lawsuit is on the horizon against Big City unless they fix things quickly.

Quality work. Friendly workers. They really handled the insurance part of everything. Nicer work than any others that did roof replacement in our area.

I hate to write bad reviews for anyone--but these guys have set the bar so remarkably low, I can't help but chime in. Whatever you do, no matter what ANYONE says--do not go anywhere near Big City Construction. Adam and Big City Construction are wildly unresponsive, and they do shoddy work. Period. I paid the company well over $20 K to do a ton of work--tuck-pointing, new gutters, new concrete, carpentry--all kinds of things. Were they the lowest bidder? Yes, and...now I know why. I also made the other mistake of paying them in full, assuming that they would actually "finish the job" that I'd paid them to do. But...alas, they have not. Where to begin... the concrete that they poured leaks. The "vapor barrier" that they installed failed within the first week we put it in. And today, $20 K later, there is more water coming into the basement now than ever before. Oh, and the job came in $9 K over budget! Well, shame on me I guess. But the least I can do is write this review. If I could give Adam and his "crew" fewer stars, I would readily do so. Avoid them at all costs. Then, tell everyone you know to do the same.

when hidden issues showed up during construction, they were fair about charging for the additional items.

Great team! Very personable group and great customer service. Even met me downtown at my job to take care of paperwork. Worked directly with my insurance company to get the full price and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Recommended them to my neighbor as well. Would definitely hire again for projects.
