Encountered more issues than expected so this was not a simple deck rebuild. The seal plate on my house had extensive rotting and needed to be replaced requiring the house to be jacked up. Chris and his team werent fazed and knocked it out no problems. They also raised my deck about six inches to make it flush with the bottom of my back sliding door. All of this may seem routine, but one contractor that came out clearly stated that you wont find anybody that will take your deck off the house and raise it. Glad I went with Big Dawg. Thanks Chris and Dave!

Hired Chris Greene to build a garage and he asked for $13,400 and I only saw him deliver supplies to the job site. Asked him when he was starting and he said I don't know. This usually means never so I called him again and he avoided my call. Then I call him from another number and he answered the call, so I ask about the money and he said you have $13.4K in supplies so we are done.

"Steven, I was hired to build your garage and you stated that it couldn't be built until your house was framed because of where the crane needed to setup to move sections of your house in to place. Your home builder screwed you out of money and building your house not me. I tried everything I could to help you get your house built which I was not getting paid to do. I spent countless hours on the phone with you and your home builder as well as multiple resources I have to try and help you. In the end your modular home company that You hired dropped the ball not me. The deposit you gave me was for materials, materials were delivered within 2"
