Matt promptly called and came over to access the job. He pinpointed the problem and fixed it correctly, as it was a problem that was supposedly fixed before but, was done wrong.

Mathew was very quick to get to me and repair my water heater. He was very knowledgable and knew exactly what the issue was. Upon arrival he was professional and here at the time he said he would be.
