I hired them to paint my daughters room. The communication was great and he was very helpful with ideas, also very thorough in explaining the pricing and products. The room is completed now and looks great! Highly recommend!

Beware!! Worst interaction with contractors. I hired Big Franks Construction to remove a drop ceiling, replace cabinets, countertops and backsplash. They started the work on the ceiling removed the ceiling and lights. At this time, I thought the contractor had ordered the new cabinets. Then asked for more money which I gave them. Then they decided to write a new contract for $5000 more than the original contract. The contract stated that this new final cost could increase as this was an estimate. I refused to sign the new contract. The contractor said they would not finish the job until I signed the contract , packed up their equipment and left with a partial ceiling and no lights. I called the cabinet company to see how much I would pay if I cancelled the order. Much to my surprise, there was no order as the down payment had not been paid. I had asked multiple times for the order number from the contractor but they never produced the order. They were late to 90% of their scheduled work days, and never worked more than 2 hours a day. The contractor never could understand why I was upset when they were late or no shows. Two different contractors looked at the ceiling and stated the work was subpar. The most cost efficient solution was to pull down the drywall, level it and replace it. I sent a letter stating that they failed to meet all the requirements of the contract asked for the return of the down payment. The contractor superintendent replied by email saying they would only talk to my legal representative. I would be careful if intend to hire these people. Their work was less than minimum and they will leave you in a mess if you do not give into their demands.

Very nice to work with. His attention to detail and intent on doing a quality job was very much appreciated! I am very happy with the installation of my two entry doors. Every step from the quote to the finished job went smoothly!

Work was subpar charged for labor because he said he could fix something and could not. 3 hours later still left with an item not fixed and not completed.

He was patient, he was flexible, did an excellent Job.

he was a man of his word. when he said something would get done it got done. His guys were at good at pointing out things that had to be.done. They were friendly and cleaned up well.
