Missed items specifically pointed out: oven, freezer, laundry room items, baseboards, ceiling light debris. Forgot a ladder, and had to leave and return with it. Didn't bring a vacuum to get in tight corners. I didn't push items as she became argumentative when I mentioned the couple of items.

"I really apologize that Miss Robin wasn't satisfied the work we provided. We went far and beyond the call of duty for her. I even left and went all the home which was 30 minutes away to get a ladder so I could wipe down the top of her closets after she told me no that I didnt need a ladder. I guess u just cant please everybody."
