Artisan Contracting

we hired this company to do new tiling in the bathroom. The grout between some of the tiles has holes. We hired them to take out the old basin/cabinet and old toilet and replace with new. The toilet in toilet is fine. They had to charge us more because it would not fit in there correctly. The basin, they never finished caulking it to the wall. We also hired them to paint the walls take the popcorn off of the ceiling and paint the baseboards. That part went OK. Oh, and also painted the wooden medicine cabinet. But only the outside of the cabinet was painted white. The inside still had the wood varnish color in it. They were also hired to refinish/reglaze the tub and tile. The manager said it was a different guy that had to come out and but when I came home from work I saw the same guy that did everything else was doing it, and all he did was spray painted The tub and tile white. He did not even clean the tub before spray painting it, so the tub and tile felt like sandpaper. called Ed Rojas (the owner) numerous times and he gave us the runaround. We had to pay him in full and he said that he would come back and finish up the rest. He even said, we are not like other contractors So, with hesitation, we paid him in full. Ed Rojas ghosted us. So now we have a professional to redo the tub and tile which is an extra $1500. Oh, and the owner said that there was a warranty on the stuff for year so he wont even call us back to fix what happened. Do not use this company or any company he owns with his name on it. I put this review on his Facebook company Name and within 24 hours he deleted the company from Facebook.

Ed was extremely punctual and professional. His work was quick and very well done. Anytime I need any kind of repairs I'm going to ask specifically for Ed to come out because any time I call I know it's going to get done!

She was definitely willing to work around my schedule, which I really appreciated. Also provided me with loads of options and knowledge about what I wanted or what might be a suitable substitution. I am so pleased with my final result and am planning to hire them again for my master bathroom remodel.

By far the best choice I made, super happy with everything.
