Big Guys Carpet Care

Unfortunately I can not say I would use this company again. The only reason that I rated them as high as I did is that the did make some effort to remedy and did waive a little of the cost. The company came to my office and picked up the carpet. They explained that they would do what they can and keep me informed. This was the last that I heard from the company for several months. My initial attempts to get an update went unanswered. When I finally reached someone, I was told that the representative that had picked up my carpet was no longer with the company. I was told they would contact me with an update. I got the impression they did not know where my carpet was. After two weeks I called again but had to leave a message. Eventually I was able to reach someone and was told they had my carpet and would waive the delivery fee. I received my carpet about a week later.

I have no idea of the quality because I haven't gotten the rug back. The customer service is poor as I has been waiting to hear from them. I had to call twice with the promise of an update with still no update and no rug.

They charged me to clean two rooms plus pet stain removal. In fact they only cleaned the areas where there were pet stains.

The gentleman came with his son to help him. They worked quickly and got the job done. While returning their equipment the hose snapped and a piece of yard art was broken accidentally and he offered to pay for it. I appreciated the offer.

I would refer them to my friends. On time and very neat worker. They did a good job.

Very personable and thorough in his explanation.

Customer oriented. Gave helpful information. Said he would come back and reclean if stain continued to wick up and come back. Great experience with a wonderful person!

There was a slight mix up about the cost - I would have preferred a specific cost per item ahead of time rather than giving me general amounts and then the actual cost revealed as the service guy was at my house ready to do the job

The were quick to respond, arrived on time, and did a great job.

The only reason for not rating a 5 was when i contracted, I made a special request and I was told that they would do this. But when the technician arrived, he was not informed of that request and that it had been approved. After speaking with the owner, the technician did the work and his work was outstanding. Had the request been relayed to the technician, there would not have been any issues.

This was the best experience I have ever had in my life of remodeling homes. Not only was the customer service outstanding , my floors are beautiful ! The quality of workmanship and the speed with which the job was done was fantastic. They transformed my home in two days !! These guys were amazing. They were quick, friendly, professional and the price was awesome! Before I hired them, the smell from our puppy was so bad downstairs and in my office that I was ready to move! Now, it smells beautiful and fresh again, Yay!!! If you want your carpets thoroughly cleaned at a good price then definitely call Big Guys!
