Working with Big Idea Home Solutions was much much easier than I ever expected. Emails, calls and texts were all immediately answered. The estimate was thorough and extremely reasonable. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were great at explaining everything that they were doing and got it done in the time frame that they said they would. Easy booking and payment. Deck turned out beautifully.

They did excellent work, and I was very pleased. They were punctual and completed the job in the time that they said it would take. They were also very clean and picked up the job site. They were very nice and just wonderful.
