I HIGHLY recommend Alex! From the initial phone call to completion. I have the old school roll down shutters. One section broke because the springs gave out. After numerous calls and appointments with other companies who only wanted to sell me impact upgrades and clearly told me what I had was unrepairable, Alex came in and within minutes assured me the shutter could be repaired. The shutter not only was repaired by Alex but installed. I was fortunate that he had the parts and was able to do a few hour turnaround, otherwise he quoted less than a week! Alex is cordial, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and very fairly priced.
