Big League was outstanding from start to finish. When I called I asked him what the home inspection entailed. He gave me a DETAILED response, which clearly indicated to me that he spoke from experience. Steve sent me a contract that thoroughly explained the scope of what he was going to do. Then what was really outstanding is the report he returned to me upon completion of the inspection. It was comprehensive, with pictures, easy to understand and thorough. Even my husband, who was a contractor in MD couldn't find anything about which he needed further explanation. Big League did truly exceed my expectations in the thoroughness with which they conducted the inspection, timeliness, and the clear, concise and easy to understand reporting of their findings . Although their cost was $10 more that another company I reviewed and did not like the contract nor their website, Big League was well worth the little $10 extra I paid for the peace of mind that I got outstanding value for my money. As you can tell I was very pleased with their service.
