Big League did a great job. They arrived on time, were careful with my furniture and boxed items. All three of the guys were very organized and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The men were nice but inadequately trained. They couldn't get a piece of furniture out of my bedroom but tried to the point of damaging the walls, floor, & door facings. I was told I was signing a release form to remove a door but later found out it was a release from all the damages & they didn't give a copy, only emailed one after calling to file a claim. My son-in-law & friend had the piece out of the room in no time. I am thoroughly disappointed in the management of this company! I've moved many times before & have never had an experience like this.

Great customer service but they damaged major pieces of furniture that cannot be repaired. Do not be fooled by what you think is great professionalism over the phone. The movers did a terrible job wrapping my furniture and struggled getting pieces out of the home. If you think that perhaps supervising them while they wrap your furniture is the answer, think again. They damaged my walls bringing furniture in, damaged a door frame and put a dent in my ceiling. The movers were nice but less than competent. Do your homework before securing their services. Check other sites for reviews; there are bad reviews everywhere. I wish I did!

They called prior to arrival for the estimate and the actual job. Courteous and professional. I actually hired them twice once to place belonging in storage and 3 weeks later to move in our home. My only complaint is I had 3 items damaged totaling maybe $250. I spent well over that for their services. It has now been over 2 months and my items haven't been fixed/replaced. I have gone thru the process of taking pictures, having them developed, filling out paper work and mailing it all to Miami to file a claim. Several weeks later I received an email stating if I wanted to add anything to the claim I had to send it in to the address in Miami. If I didn't have anything to add I still had to mail a letter to Miami stating I wanted them to move on with the claim. I feel inconvenienced. I paid them promptly to move my belongings. I didn't ask for my things to be broken, but I understand that happens. I just feel the company should be prompt with compensating or repairing my belonging. I don't feel I should have to jump thru all these hoops to have my property replaced/fix!!
