Big Mike's Appliance Repair

I was very pleased with Mike’s efficient and knowledge of what was wrong with my dryer. I would definitely hire him again and pass on his name to friends and family who need their appliances fixed.

Mike came over within an hour of talking on the phone with him to see what was wrong with my dryer and knew right away what was wrong. We made an appointment for him to come back on Monday to fix it. That was yesterday. I heard from him today and said he was in the neighborhood and if I was available he could be at my house in 30 minutes to fix it….which he was. He went right to work and had the job done in a timely manner. Not only am I pleased with the work he did, but he is also a very respectful and kind person. I would highly recommend him

This gentleman came over to fix my dishwasher and after 5 weeks of attempts and three parts he still did not fix it. Was supposed to show up here on May 21st to try it the original part again and never called never showed, yesterday May 27th was supposed to show up and a quarter to 8:00 at night he still had not showed up so I texted him it was too late. No response from that either, today I sent him a text with just a question mark and no response he said he didn't know how to respond in a text back to me on if I was working if I was home or whatever instead of just saying are you home to come over. Poor communication absolutely from this gentleman no calls no shows a few appointments and then he proceeded after I called him today after his nasty text that communication was key and apparently he thought I was not a communicating even though I was the customer, I called him and in his final statement "I hope you find somebody to put up with your shit". Sad from a VETERAN unassembled

Big Mike is a gem! He came out the next day after we spoke, was very knowledgeable about my dishwasher issue that was preventing us from being able to do dishes. He even took the time to educate me on what the issue was, which goes a long way to me. I know who to call next time one of our appliances go out on us.
