He showed up at my house and he made excuses to leave and did not do any work. He asked to get cash for a deposit to buy supplies, but only took the money and did not do any work. He is not responding.

I don't think they knew what they were doing, from the underlayment, to laying and cutting the tile. Not level, high and low spots. I had just painted and washed walls and detailed cleaned and I have I'm having to redo everything. Walls and baseboards muddy beyond belief. Didn't show up 2 days, was quoted 3 days and were still here at 2 weeks. Vince was very nice though.

They did a great job tilting around the showers in both bathrooms. They finished the project on schedule. The final project turned out great.
