Bill was incredibly helpful and was willing to come out to our house the moment I called him, luckily. We were having issues in our rental property where the lights flickered and power would go out in different areas of the home. Lehi Power just said it wasn't their problem, so I came on home advisor to find someone. Bill was able to identify the issue as soon as we explained what happened. The drive to Orem to get the replacement master breaker switch took longer than the actual service itself, as Bill was quick, careful, and professional. My renters talked about how "jolly" and personable he was and how intelligent he is. Bill was extremely competent and trustworthy! I couldn't be happier with the quality of service that we received from Bill! The price point was fine and didn't exceed my expectations. He did NOT charge to troubleshoot or identify the issue like some companies have a "dispatch charge" ranging between $38-$120 (yeah, I was surprised by the $120 number as well...). I'm saving his number in my contacts and he'll be the first I call when faced with electrical issues in the future.

Another electrician, previously sent by our contractor, could only say "there's no power to it" and he went away. Bill's attitude was "I'm persistent" and indeed he was. The price was fair too. What a treat to have such a knowledgeable and dedicated professional.
