After speaking with Robert Platt II, I learned he is no longer part of Big Oaks Tree Service LLC. He is starting a new business. He has reached out to me and explained the situation. He is willing to do what needs to be done to complete the job to my satisfaction even if it is at a loss to him. I trust Robert Platt having worked with him before, and I was very satisfied with him and his crew. I believe I will be will satisfied working with him again.

Robert is a very pleasant person to deal with. He's polite & Professional. The crew itself I can't say enough. They were great and very knowledgeable about the job. They worked carefully around some very tight spots. Great Price for what I considered a hard job. I'll hire them again if I need more trees cut and trimmed.

I made phone contact after looking on Home Advisor, which gave me an appointment for tomorrow. The owner told me they were finishing up a job just up the road and that, they would be here today. I was surprised to have lucked out and they completed all my tree trimming this afternoon. Job well done !!

The men were punctual as heelll, he could me the morning of the day he was going to come out and asked if he could be an hour early, I walked to my 15 minutes to my house in order to be early for him meeting ME an hour early a day he was already there and knew what he wanted to do with the trees, they pretty much completed everything that same day, I was straight shook, they did ALOT, but that's MY opinion, I'd definitely suggest these guys to someone else.

Great company. The guys were very polite and professional. Talked with me through the massive work I needed done every step. Very pleased with the results and plan on having them back to do the backyard next year.

Great guys, hard working and honest.

Gave me one price to cut down two large trees and to trim another one up. The second day I was told the job would be bigger for the second tree so the price went up. Then they cut one branch off the third and left a mess around the tree. A different guy came out to collect payment when they were close to finished, I got him to knock 200 off the bill and it still came out too high for me. If I had known they would not finish work on the third tree I would have asked for more of the price before I paid. If the second guy was able to give me 200 off the price, it means that I was overcharged, to begin with.

I would highly recommend this company. I was contacted immediately once I asked for a quote. They were able to start the job within a few days. They did a wonderful job of completely removing and then topping several trees, removing all the wood and cleaning up all the small branches. The staff are very friendly and did not waste time. They were able to finish the job in 3 days. The job was priced fairly, and I will hire them again.
