Kenny Vaughn and his crew were awesome! The crew that came and replaced my roof was professional and did a great job cleaning up the area during and after installment. Kenny explained everything in detail, just overall very good work.

Kevin Garner was fantastic to work with! He explained everything clearly and kept in contact the entire time to make sure we were pleased with how it was going. Very polite and easy to work with.

When they say they will work with you on your deductible, that means THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE THE WHOLE JOB!!! Their quote to our insurance company said they would take down and replace gutters.... they do not do gutters. Their quote to our insurance included our unattached storage building and they did not do that and they did not return after telling them about it. I WORK FOR AN INSURANCE COMPANY AND I WILL BE SURE TO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Replace or repair soffit, repaired by nailing the same rotten wood in place, quite noticeable, if this is an example of their workmanship, I hate to think of the decking repair or the flashing replacement not seen. I talked to company on several occasions to drop by and take a look, promised to do but never did. Rushed into acceptance by price reduction. I talked to both Todd and Jeremy. I would not recommend it nor use it again. Replaced roof

Call and Todd came out the same day, mine you I live 2 hours away. He and his assistant sat down on a Friday I believe and explained what they would do. His crew showed up that following Monday a day early and begain working in fridget weather. Great job, beautiful roof, wonderful crew, excellent team work. Now that's quick and punctual. Todd worked within our budget, good guy. Kudos to Jeremy the project manager, also a good guy.

I had a lot of wind and hail damage on my roof which started several leaks and caused some rotting of the decking. I called Todd for an estimate after reading several of their reviews, a bit wary because I had not heard of them before. I can't say enough about the level of service I received. The crew had my roof removed, including the decking, and a new roof on in a single day. Further, they did outstanding work and my new architectural shingles look great! Todd kept me apprised of everything from the moment I signed the contract and stopped by several times to check on the crew's progress. If you're in need of a new roof or repairs, you really ought to talk to Todd Upton.

I have had many roofs replaced on commercial properties, residential investment properties and several of my personal homes. Being new in Arkansas, I was not familiar with roofing companies, but relied upon Home Advisor for guidance. Here, I found Big Rock Kangaroof and after meeting with Todd, made an appointment for my roof to be replaced a few days later. Because of a forecast of thunderstorms, work was begun very early and the entire job was completed the same day before the storms hit. I was impressed that the site was cleaned as they worked and they left my yard spotless. Big Rock Kangaroof is by far the most efficient and professional roofing company I have ever hired. I do not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work.
