The entire team at rose roofing and waterproofing is exceptional. They are kind and professional, timely and make sure their work is the best in the industry. They performed a roof inspection and gave us a full report along with video and photo images for our records. We have had a few repairs done and feel very confident that if there is a repair ever needed, they will be able to fix it. Truly the top of their field! I own a small apartment building in Bronx and have used rose to my roofing for at /least 15 years. They installed a roof as well as sealed 2 small outside terraces that were leaking. They are not the cheapest but they stand behind their work with a 10-year guarantee. Their crews prepped the floors against trailing dirt and cleaned everything after the job was complete. Overall, I've been happy with their work and have other jobs lined up when it gets warmer, including a skylight replacement. The guys that came to do redo the roof were amazing. They were on time and very comical, I told them that they need to have their own show. They did great work; repaired our roof and installed a skylight as well. We have had several storms and no issues. They even called the day after the first big rain storm to make sure everything was ok. Great experience from the office to the workers that came. Raja at rose Roofing & waterproofing is my go-to person for any roofing issues. He is always very responsive and reliable, and clearly knows his stuff. I found rose Roofing and waterproofing when I was looking for a roofing company to address some leaks that had been coming into one of my tenantâ s apartments for years. I had 3 different companies come out over the last 8 years, but Rajas was the company that finally addressed the issue. We had multiple stress fractures in the stucco on the back of the house as well as bricks that needed stucco coverage.
