Starting with Steveâ s prompt response right after I requested a service on Angieâ s App for a A/C repair, then offer to come right away to check my A/Câ s and take care of the problem for a reasonable amount with good warranty for his job. Iâ ll highly recommend him to anyone who hears a problem with their A/C!

If you want a new bar set for a HVAC contractor, HIRE STEVE! Not only was he the the first person to reply to my Angi listing, but he was onsite ASAP, kept me informed every step of the way, and also happens to be one of the nicest guys Iâ ve met. He immediately diagnosed the issue and had an amazing deal for me to get a whole new HVAC unit within 5 days, and gave me tips to handle the heat with my unit until then. I honestly look forward to booking him again, however, he did such a good job, I probably wonâ t need to for a while!

The service technician Steve was very polite ,professional and prompt. He talked to us and made us aware of the issue with the ac and gave us the best options for it. Big Shot Hvac is very affordable and also gives payment options. They come out any time of the day and that was a big help for us since the ac went down in the middle of the night. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. The company is an asset to our area. Again thank you for your prompt and excellent service.
