Yes, I recommend this pro
Did a nice job on some of the most complex trim. Value is good, quality varies (suspect if the job goes on too long starts to cut corners). Easy to work with, handles all the small details. Would hire again for handiman type jobs.

He gave me a good rate, but after completing 35 minutes of work, due to the project state, he could not do more - and then insisted on being paid for 4 hours as that was 'his minimum'.At no point had he mentioned anything about minimums. He did not give me a receipt but told me he would credit 3 hours against future work. He has not responded to email contact about how we could schedule use of the credits.

Robert was outstanding to work with. He was very timely and clear in his communications. Explained how he was going to approach the project. Was very fast in completing the project. Price seemed very reasonable. The deck looks great. Will use Robert again for some upcoming, additional projects.

All in all experience was ok. I was disappointed in the final clean up of grout, I had to complete myself. Additionally, I specified copper as the flashing and got coppertoned flashing.
