Very professional, service was excellent. They made sure they did what needed to be done and out in less than an hour.

The guys that came out to set up my pool were very nice. They attached the filter, attached the pool steps, and put chemicals in. Although it was a good customer service experience, I do not think the work they did was worth $325. So I will not be using them again.

Dave and his crew at Big Splash are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, friendly and trust worthy! Will never use a different pool company!!

Dave when he attends is very good. However, his normal maintenance crew is far too quick and not diligent for $95 a trip. Too expensive for an inadequate service. Also, they do not properly/if at all balance the water. Just thinking of his weekly service angers me.

Dave from Big Splash contacted us directly after we requested information from Home Advisors and came out the very next day for our new pool filter installation!! He was up front about the cost and his crew had to improvise some of the filter connections because there were missing components!! The pump and filter are working well and I m working hard to clear up our water!! Thank you!!

This is the 2nd time I used Big Splash..... they arrived on time, cleaned the pool quickly and were VERY professional.

I hired Big Splash for the summer of 2018 to help fix a pool that another company hadn't properly opened. It has been a bit challenging due to some older equipment and a leak - but they have been extremely patient and helpful in getting it back on track. I hired them again in 2019 and they've been terrific to work with.

I am very pleased with the service and courteous personnel As they closed the pool in November.

These are real pool PROs!!! In 30 minutes they figured out the problem and fixed while others gave me astronomical quotes and little explanation as to what may have gone wrong. I will always trust the customer rating and thank you, Big Splash!

This contractor is a rip off. I have no clue if this contractor ever did anything. He never called and never knocked but I got charged for his service. Said said we had no propane in our tank we did. I have the receipts to prove it.

The individuals who worked on the pool were great but the back office failed to confirm the appointment and disrupted my schedule due to that failure.

They are always on time and work to our satisfaction! A great bunch of guys!!
