Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
I had a leak just outside my meter box. The plumber dug a hole about 12-14 inches deep and probably about 1.5 feet long and around 12-14 inches in width. He found the leak within 10 minutes and had it fixed within an hour. It was a very straight forward job and an easy fix and the guy did good work. What seemed excessive to me was charging $370.00, twenty of went to materials and $350.00 for labor. I know there is a fee for just showing up probably but I was expecting a cost of around $200.00 for this repair. What I was charged seems very high to me but I dont know enough about the plumbing business to verify if that is actually high or not.
