Charged the premium price without providing any other choices. Preyed on a single woman and acknowledged that normal practice was to provide thee packages- good, better, best but charged and provided on the best when I requested a simple exterior pipe replacement. Bother the tech and office agreed that they misrepresented their services but the management stated that they did not feel the need to make any type of apology or restoration.

Price was I suspect somewhat higher than having to purchase the water heater separately then have someone else to come out to replace. My original call was for another reason, but suspected the water heater would have to be replaced before they arrived.

The man did not find where the water leak is coming from. There is a leak in one of the bedroom ceiling areas. I know that when turn the water on the drip noise starts.

Gas Piping
Technician Jason Luksha showed up late due to a previous job taking additional time. Very thorough and professional, although I felt their rates for a 10 minute job were extremely high.

Gas Piping
They were very honest people. I wanted to bring gas line from attic to the laundry room. He gave me the estimate, but to my surprise they found the gas line in the laundry room which none of us could find. So we did not had to run gas from attic. They saved a bundle of money due to their honesty.
