About us

Our company was originally founded in 2007 and incorporated in the state of Ohio in 2008. The foundry staff brought to the table over 50 years of both commercial and residential experience and is one of the few companies which carries both commercial and residential license. No job has been too big. Over the last several years the company has worked with many insurance companies, apartment, hotel and housing developments on large storm damage projects. We believe this is a huge referral considering the size of some of these projects and that we were able to please people at both the corporate level as well as take care of and make our homeowners happy. We realized there was a large need in the residential industry for that go to custom residential contractor who could fulfill all the customer needs top to bottom. We offer Custom Designer Consultation, Professional Drawings, All Licensed Trades supplied under One Roof, Permits supplied as necessary. We handle it all.

Awful experience, the quality of work was deplorable and the sub-contractors hired were questionable. Beware, they will try and get you to pay BEFORE the work is complete.l

The owner of the business did not complete my basement but took all the money for it as if he did. They would go weeks without doing any work. I had to call them all the time to get any work done. They left a huge pile of construction garbage in my front lawn for about a week before cleaning it up. The owner had no clue what was going on with this project. I would never do business with this guy again. Bottom line is I paid for a finished basement and didn't get a completely finished basement.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Big Ten tried to get us to provide additional cash outlay before they completed the step requiring us to make additional payment. They were sometimes haughty and gave us the run around. We said we would let them out of the contract if they would return some of our money. They said they could not. They said you cannot get blood from a turnip. They completed some of the work and left us with a big dangerous hole in our yard. We have filed a compalint with the Ohio State attorney general and then learned that we had plenty of company.

Work not done to code. No permits are used. Communication about work schedule and work to be done is not provided by management. Timeliness is a big issue. Customer service from management was abrasive. Make sure the contract addresses all issues and you are in clear understanding of work to be done by when, and payment for the service. The electrician used by company did a good job. Issues with framing.

Was told kitchen would be done by end of January, but it is April 15th and all I have is a hole in the ground and in big pile of dirt in my yard.
