Big Tex Roofing & Remodeling

I've been trying to reach Big Tex for 2 weeks. Mike made repairs to my roof on May 24, and gave me a 5 year warranty. Recent heavy rains opened a leak that dripped into my office. I've left many messages on three different phone numbers, sent text messages and sent emails. NO CALL BACK OR RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. Either they are out of business or they do not stand by their warranty.

I called Mike to come out and repair or seal & caulk the exhaust vents on my mobile home. Mike worked for about 30-40 minutes on the roof and said he even repaired some shingles that were not caulked properly. He took pictures and forwarded them to me within the body of the E mail receipt at that time. He told me verbally that they would guarantee me against future leaks for 5 years and take care of replacing the plywood. When I got my receipt from "Square" application, the "warranty" was written at the bottom of the invoice. Several months down the road, the invoice isn't available anymore and I've sent them several e mails and called them several times for help with getting me another receipt with the implied verbal & written guarantee. I think Mike did some great work as I haven't had any leaks during the past few rains, however the company shouldn't make implied verbal or written guarantees without providing this in writing. They also don't seem to be concerned with making contact with an old client who they aren't doing anymore business with.

The work done was great, my only complaint is that I realized they double charged me on my credit card and I have not been able to get a response from them to correct it. If they can fix this, I would be a satisfied customer.

Big Tex Roofing & Remodeling took care of our ceiling issue and also the removing and installing of the wallpaper that the handy man project entailed. The job was performed in a satisfactory manner.

Had skylights cleaned and fixed, vent put in the attic, and additional nails added to the roof by Mike. Had problems with "no show/no contact" twice. New interior skylight covers attached directly to ceiling with adhesive (?, not brackets) which came loose a couple of hours after Mike left. Took 6 weeks (after multiple communications) before they planned to come out to fix it. (We had someone else come out in the meantime.) Other issues provided directly to Big Tex. Was told Mike is no longer with the business. Probably a good thing.

The order was late coming in but as soon as they got it they were here installing it. Done before I even knew it.

Phenomenal job. This is a good company that actually keeps there word. Was starting to think all roofing company's were scammers. These guys really turned it around for me. Will be calling you guys again soon. GOOD JOB GOOD JOB. Me and my husband are very pleased with the work done. Thanks again Mike.

Quick and responsive. They set me up after hours and squeezed me in before the big rain. These guys saved my butt. Will definitely hire again if i need more work done.

Office staff was very friendly, Tech was very helpful and pricing seemed very honest and fair. I had a leak and he fixed it on the spot with before and after pics to show me. Great job guys
