I hired BTTC to remove a tree and a stump after Martine came and provided me with an estimate. I liked him immediately and selected him for the job over a lower bid. The work was scheduled for Nov 14th. Here it is Dec 21st and the job is finally finished. He was a no show and rescheduled multiple times. When he finally showed up there was insufficient daylight to finish the job, so he removed the tree, but left the stump. Weeks went by with no word from him. When I called he said he had forgotten. We scheduled a date and time and again he was a no show. We both agreed to a set deadline. He barely met that. He arrived late in the day with little daylight remaining and was finishing the clean up in the dark. Needless to say the clean up was mediocre. He is a very nice person, and he seems to know his trees well. Unfortunately, his organization, scheduling, and time management skills are really bad.

Martin, the owner, and his crew of 3 other men were very skilled, quick and did a great job at clean-up. I would and intend to hire them again. The tree they removed from my property was a globe willow that was 5 feet in diameter and they always had control, over giant limbs. Their complete awareness of safety was impressive. Candida Berry

It's hard to find reliable help for such work in the Jemez Mountains. I've tried hiring supposedly knowledgeable locals, with mixed results. These folks were on-time, courteous, did what they said they would do, and cleaned up appropriately, for a reasonable price. Next time, I'll call them first.

I went through home adviser to hire someone to remove a tree stump from my yard and Big timber tree climbers were the only one to call me. They came over on the same day ready to do the job. I was impressed usually they just come and check it out. I hired them on the spot and they took care of it in less than 30 minutes. He was really friendly and charged me a great price. I was very satisfied.
