Didn't complete the job. Left a spike installation out of place. Didn't return to check on and tighten nets as was told would happen. Gave them many opportunities to come back out to the house to make good, but they repeatedly failed to show up after saying they would. They put a lot of pressure on you to pay immediately, within minutes of them saying they are done and before you've even had a chance to look at and review the work. They blew up my phone with around 10 texts and phone calls about paying within a 5 minute period while I was at work and meeting with clients. Beware...you truly do get what you pay for.

I wouldn't recommend him based on the bad customer service. He does not come when he says he will to finish the job he was paid to do and I only talk to him if I contact him. So be warned, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

They really understand pigeons. They don't cut any corners. I was very impressed and they were very honest. They didn't try to oversell me on anything. For consultation he got on the roof and took lots of pictures so I understood why everything needed to be done. Hire these guys!

Jeff is amazing. A couple of days before my wedding I noticed some pigeons were trying to build a nest on the column near my porch. I knocked down the nest and kept trying to schoo them away but they wouldn't leave. A day later I came back and they had bombed my door with poop. Enough was enough, It was time to call a pro. Jeff was very knowledgeable and came out quickly and resolved the issue. Bye bye birdies! No problems since. If you ever find yourself having to deal with these pesky creatures, don't hesitate to call this guy!

Such great positive guys and HONEST. I didn't have critters and they didn't pretend that I did just to make money. They expected nothing as far as a charge for coming out but I was going to give them some money for just coming out just because they were honest. Turns out they found out the cause of the stain on my ceiling even though it was not critters, It was a leak and they fixed it and charged very little for it. I gave them a big tip because they were so helpful. Plus they are helping me with other handyman projects. I think they are jacks of many trades and very good at their original business. Don't hire anyone else. Hire them. You will be pleased. I have rehired them for a number of things - resourceful guys.
