Tom arrived on time, surveyed the property and visited with us on his process. The only shortcoming I experienced was he required us to supply towels needed to contain spillage and overflow. It wasn t a problem for us since we have plenty of shop towels and rags we could make use of and wasn t completely unexpected.

Rodent Pest Control Service
I was schedule to have tech come out Sept 5th between 4-6pm. Never received a cancellation or running late call. I called the office, gal called the tech, he was going to be 1-1/2 late so I cancelled for Sept 5th. Tech supposed to be here 8am on Sept 6th ---- we'll see so stay tune!

"We apologize about that. We do deserve a 1 star for your service. Our guy that day was up at Brian Head servicing some cabins, and there is no service in some spots up there. As soon as he got off the mountain I'm sure he would have called. There still is no excuse for us even having to be late that day and we hope you accept our sincere apologies."
