I had the plans drawn out. I showed him images of what I wanted. He assured me he could make it the color I wanted and that he had done stamp work previously. The first time they poured, almost 100 degrees outside, they let it sit too long to start stamping, and it cracked over 90% of the entire project, which was a 4 sidewalk around my entire house, sidewalk out to the front road, patio, and additional area with some concrete. I took pictures, addressed my concerns, and he said it was perfectly fine/normal and that sealing it would remove the cracks. I have the text messages. I knew he was lying. I guess he thought I was stupid or something. I had a 30-year-old home in Ohio with concrete that NEVER cracked. I finally told him he needed to remove it because it was a new house, his work looked shoddy, and he needed to redo it. Not happy, he comes to tear out the one side they had completed that was crap. When his crew pulled out the concrete for the patio, of course, much of the rock went with the concrete. Both times, he said he would have me look before pouring. He did not. In this second pour, he did not have curves on the corner walks as shown in the original drawing; he did not replace or level the area where they had removed concrete, they did not tie rebar or replace from the first removal, so when they poured, the grade was so severe that my patio lay under water for weeks on the first pour. The concrete appears white, not the very dark gray requested and shown to him, as shown in the images I have text for. He cut open a brand-new bag he had not used for coloring and dumped it on the tree out front, as if to waste it, even though I had paid for it. Now the tree is dying too. They were to come back to clean the concrete (filthy from their muddy boots, etc.), remove the concrete mess from the house siding, etc. They did an extremely poor job, as you will see in pictures taken within that week. Within 4 days of the pour, there were FOUR MAJOR CRACKS. Two right at my entry on a BRAND NEW HOME! I know concrete can crack, but not after 4 DAYS! I reached out to Dylan, but he would not answer my text. When I went on Facebook to inquire, his company had blocked me from their site, so I could not rate, post images to show poor work, etc. Needless to say, they were to apply a sealer within 14 days, as part of the contract. Needless to say, he never came back, and my concrete went all winter without being sealed. Of course the cracking is worse now. You may be wondering why it has taken me so long, even after contacting Angi last September. I was a caregiver for my mom. She lived with me, and there were ongoing hospital visits, stays, rehab on and on. She has since recently passed and I have finally a moment to work on this issue that is about a year old. Regardless, I tried to reach out, but I guess he thinks it is okay to treat people like crap and expects them to take it. I will not. At first, he promised me a great patio. In the end, the work was sloppy and subpar to most standards.

After reaching out to multiple companies Elite Paving was the first one to come out I had multiple issues with my driveway. Scott ended up, giving me multiple Options. Him and the crew were very respectful. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone.
