Alan's quote was reasonable and he was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and performed the work thoroughly. I would have given 5 stars, but he used a bit of 'colorful language' when speaking to me. Other than that, he was professional and provided good services at a fair rate.

Allan was a great guy. However i was disappointed when I got home that day and was told by a family member that Allan said he did not dig. This would have been ok but the stump could have been sawed down a lot shorter.

Alan came out and saw the trees and gave us an estimate that we agreed with, however when he came out to do the work he raised the price so we could only take down one tree. He did good work, but I would encourage people to get estimates in writing. They were great with clean up and they hauled everything afterwards.

Alan got the job because he knew the tree that others had included in the bid was the City's responsibility. I had known that, but because Alan also knew it, I hired him. They did a great job at a great value and cleaned up thoroughly. A well-known tree company wanted $680 to trim a tree that he did for less than half that amount. I wish I had more work for him to do!

We enjoyed working with Alan, they did a good job with our tree removal. We scheduled another day for them to return and remove the stump. They did not show up or give us a call to reschedule. We had to contact them the following day. There was a good reason why they didn't come but they failed to contact us to let us know.

Everything perfect and reasonably priced

It has been over a month and Alan has still not finished the job. I paid him most of the money and he has not answered his phone since. I will probably need to hire another tree service to finish the job.

The work was pushed back a couple of times due to issues with his truck and a prior job running late, but once they arrived they did a great job removing my tree and cleaning up after themselves. Ideally they would have cut the stump lower to the ground (they left about 2 1/2-3 feet), but I blame myself for not communicating that to them. I will definitely contact them the next time I need my trees trimmed.
