Ken was in too much of a hurry to go on his weekend fishing trip in the mountains. The floor tile was torn in one spot and looks very sloppy!! Not to mention the seams are starting to come apart. He didn't put molding around the edges around the wall and didn't even finish the wall behind the toilet. He said he "re-plumed the whole downstairs" all he did was replaced one small pipe/elbow. There now is also a leak under the bathroom sink which wasn't there before. I am, to say the least, VERY DISATISFIED with his work and would have reconsidered if I had known his work was going to have been so sloppy!! Next time I'll wait for a second bid

Our experience with Bigfoot began with a great first impression. They were friendly and understood exactly what we wanted. They were helpful and honest with the pricing as well. We wanted to re-tile our master bathroom shower surround, install a tile floor and install a new toilet. We purchasd all the material ourselves. They initially said "two days" since it was a small space. Then "two days" turned into seven. Even after 7 days, they never really "finished" the job. They recieved the final payment and never came back to remove their debris as agreed. The grout around the tile edges was so sloppy, I had to chisle it off to paint.

We were traveling and my daughter was at home with a plugged toilet. They were the first to respond and very nice also fixed the problem with ease. I will definatley call them again. Great job Ken!

Quick to respond, and excellent repair service. Fixed the original plumbing problem and took care of an additional leak that we had! Very friendly and knowledgeable repairman. I was impressed by the service.
