Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
I hired this company for plumbing and repairs tied to an insurance claim and paid $8,430.60 with the understanding the remaining items, including tenant repairs, would be completed. The work was not completed as agreed, and communication became inconsistent after payment. I had to follow up multiple times without clear updates, and parts of my walls were left open.
I was also encouraged to file another insurance claim for additional work, which did not sit right given the original work was incomplete. I later learned my insurance company had issued a separate payment for the same scope of work. When I reached out for clarification, I received no documentation or resolution. Attempts to speak by phone were unsuccessful and not professional.
Due to the lack of communication and unresolved issues, I had to escalate through my bank. I would not recommend this company.

Your company allow this con artist company back into Angie's List again why do you continue allowing him to use your company to con hard working people.
Do not allow this company to see your insurance papers. He will take advantage of you.
My experience with him is horrible he took advantage of me he did not do the job in my crawl space, I still have problems with water in my crawl space I do not have the money to do the repairs correctly I am a senior citizen with no money.

Basement Drainage Channels - Repair
The work was done in 2022. Two weeks ago Feb 2025 about 1-2 inches of water was in my basement. I called this company to come out and he insisted its because there's a crack in my home's foundation. I had another licensed/bonded plumber inspect my basement. Biggs installed piping that should be under the floor, they damaged my floor drain so that any water in my basement won't drain out. I've texted him and called him and he hasn't responded. I have asked for a copy of the warrantee and he hasn't even provided that. Their Better Business Bureau rating is D minus. I wish I had read these reviews and checked BBB before allowing this company into my home. The shoddy work cost me $9000. I'm retired & disabled, I can't afford to be cheated like this. I will be seeking legal action against this company to get my money refunded so I can get my basement repaired properly and professionally.

Work was not completed and he collective insurance money! You do not have a license to be conducting business in your home, Beware of this individual. The only license he as is a con artist license!! Beware of this guy and the company. He is a total scammer. He goes by a false last name and has a long history of embezzlement in his family. He then claims that he will do a job for you, but he does not take payment for the job and wants to keep coming back. He wants to get in touch with your insurance company so he can scam it for thousands of dollars. He lies to you about what is actually going on in the plumbing; this guy is very dangerous.

The owner of this unprofessional company scammed me and the insurance company close to $18.000 for work that was not near l close to being completed. The owner came in examined the insurance policy and inflated the repairs. Be careful and do not let this man or his company anywhere near you or your insurance policy. He has been reported to the Better Business Bureau, Illinois license department as well as the General attorney office. He will get his karma in the end. Waiting to see your mug shot real soon. You scum bag!!!

Performed work without approval/ Overcharged me $1300 from verbal quote Used foul language in front of my wife, threatened to physically harm me if I didnâ t pay the inflated price, I had to call the police to get Lawrence to leave my property UUGGHH. TAKE them off your list

You did not pay anything I fought your insurance company for you for 6 months while you stayed in a hotel they paid for.. we dug up your broken sewer and did the flood cut took dump trailers of debris on are money. Finally we got the insurance to pay you some money back the day you had to leave the hotel . We did all the work we agreed and you gave us a check for what the insurance company gave you , and the check bounced . We still went to help youth fix the home which was in bad shape before the water damage . We waited outside countless times with your son not showing up to let us in . Then you"
