Found a part for an older machine. Scheduled job so that it would be done quickly even if part was wrong. Showed me what the problem was so I could see that he was right. Cleaned up after himself. Works great now. Great job

seemed like a good guy and was very communicative, but appeared to a litle lacking in experience with our Maytag Washer.
Response by Biggs Service Company: Hell0 Warner, if you would get another diagnosis that is different from ours that fixes your washer we will refund your service fee. We understand nobody likes to hear they need a new appliance, and paying to get that news is even worse. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help you get better value for your money.

Using home advisor was a breeze. I was able to find service for our dryer quickly and easily. “Greg” was efficient and very professional from the moment he contacted us regarding our repair. At his request I sent him a photo of the dryer’s model number and he arrived with all the necessary parts! He cleaned all the vents and replaced the heating element and vacuumed behind the dryer too. Who could ask for more! Thanks Home Advisor. Diane
