I went out to get our mail and I noticed by the sidewalk there was water leaking across the sidewalk and onto the street. I’ve never called a local Plumber before so my husband had mentioned Bighorn Plumbing. I gave them a call and they said they’d come out the very next day. Ben and Dallin came earlier than anticipated and got right to work. They explained the process as we hung out most of the time with them in the front yard and watch them work. They were very knowledgeable, very professional, and I felt like I’ve known Ben for a long time by the time they left. Very pleased with their work, & will definitely recommend and use them again.

I’ve had bighorn plumbing out to my home in west Carson City a few times and they have always been great. They recently replaced a toilet for me and I accidentally messed up the caulking and they came back and took care of it for me free of charge since I was a part of their memberships program. Them going above and beyond means a lot, so I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you have! Ben the young man who came and fixed the toilet was very friendly and soft spoken.
