I’ve had bighorn plumbing out to my home in west Carson City a few times and they have always been great. They recently replaced a toilet for me and I accidentally messed up the caulking and they came back and took care of it for me free of charge since I was a part of their memberships program. Them going above and beyond means a lot, so I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you have! Ben the young man who came and fixed the toilet was very friendly and soft spoken.

They raised the price after we assigned a contract for a certain amount. They came out two days later and said they were going to charge us $500.00 more and it wouldn't do anything until he got that money. So that would be $1300. They're not trustworthy were keeping their word on what they're going to charge and then they chase it without telling us at all. They showed up and said this is the amount for. We're not doing the job. They should have called us before they change the price.

Water Heater Repair or Service
Bighorn Plumbing was able to come out the same day to replace our water heater in Carson City. We wanted a tankless. The job was completed that same day and now we have endless hot water. Worth every penny.
