Bill3 Concrete and Restoration

Our project was the extension of our driveway pad to make room for an motorhome. They provided great advice on all aspects of the project. Sizing, thickness and best value of concrete amount needed. Other than some weather delays the project went off without a hitch. I would gladly recommend them for any type concrete project. We will be using them again for some additional driveway and garage resurfacing work.

The crew was very knowledgeable about the water management and the slab was designed to shed rainwater with minimal slope and provides a level area for the new hot tub. They upgraded our stairs to the basement and installed a protective railing as well. Their bid was in line with 2 others, but they were highly recommend by other customers.

We hired this company to pour a concrete footer and to build a block retaining wall around our patio area. We were told they had experienced block layers on their team and were given a quote with an hourly rate for block layers. While the concrete footer was great (they do very good concrete work), we were very disappointed in the block laying. The experienced block layers were not actually part of this company, and only showed up a couple of days. We were told the job would take 10 days per their quote. We ended up paying quite a bit more than their quoted price without the job actually being completed. We discussed our disappointment and after 3 weeks of it, It is not being completed. They came and picked up their equipment leaving the project unfinished.

It was a difficult job but they brought in excellent people to do an outstanding job. Very easy to work with. Will use the again in the future.

Did an amazing job on resurfacing and restoring our retaining wall. Will hire again.

They did a very good job. My deck is better now than it's ever been. We are looking forward to a wonderful summer on the renovated deck
