Wow, Awesome services. Thank you Bill and his team Steve and Dave for reaching out quickly to solve our heating dilemma especially this time of the year. Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly, informative and professional. It was refreshing to see someone who gave great service replacing a boiler control for temperature/water level. And he also did the usual bi-yearly maintenance oil filter change and furnace cleaning. Thank you!!

He was excellent went over and beyond. The boiler was installed wrongly and he had to redo the plumbing. That's what took so long.

Bill called me within 30 minutes of submitting this project on a tuesday morning. The expansion tank running from my furnace was leaking and I was concerned about a pipe burst, he asked me detailed questions and had me walk him through (on the phone) what I was looking at. Ultimately it was a simple fix that he helped me do myself for no charge. This is the kind of customer service that will make me use him for all future plumbing work.

We hired Bill Aitken Heating to repair our gas furnace, we had an accumulation of water in the furnace pan. I called Aitkens Heating and received a call back immediately. They were here promptly at the time scheduled for repair. Mr. Aitkens had my furnace repaired within a half hour. He arrived with his helper and I could not be more satisfied with the work these gentlemen did. Bill took the time to explain in detail what he did for the repair. Bill Aitken is our GO TO man for any of our heating and air condition maintenance. I would like to add he was very reasonable. My husband was not available to over see this project so I handled the whole project from start to finish. BILL AITKEM HEATING LLC. comes very highly recommended by the Perkins family.

I needed an HVAC company for both my heat pumps. for house and garage shop. I looked on Homeadvisor and found Bill Aitken Heating. Thank you Homeadvisor! Bill was not only professional, but friendly and courteous. He explained everything he was doing right down to how the newest equipment he used. Bill was very thorough checking out my HVAC system. I will need to look no further for a contractor due to Bill's excellent work. I highly recommend Bill.

No repair was needed. Bill and Bill came in to review my furnace in regards to an air intake issue. Bill ran a diagnostic and found that one resolution would be to open an existing vent. He also gave me other options. We were told by another company that we would need to make a $1000 vent in our wall in order to supply our furnace with more air intake. This didn't seem right considering we have always had ample air. Bill noticed a vent that was closed and believes this should just be opened.

Professional, friendly, quick service, good experience from both Bill and Jason! Would call them again!
