Bill was extremely helpful when we spoke about the issues I was having with my tub. He reassured me that he’d send someone the next day and that they’d do everything they could to mend the problem. Bill sent Tom, and his son whose an apprentice to inspect. Within 10 minutes they had fixed the problem. They also went as far as to check everything else out with that tuna plumbing. These guys are so awesome. They’re kind, patient, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them. We will only be using them going forward.
