Hamilton did a substandard job on a dock. Uneven cuts and lose boards. Crooked posts. Left all his leftover materials on-site and did not clean up. He left a little something extra for sure... a crappy dock. DO NOT HIRE!!!

Even after doing your research, buyer beware! People do not often live up to what they promise. The quality and workmanship from this professional is so substandard and causes me to lose trust in other contractors moving forward. This man is not to be trusted with anything he says.

Not totally happy and too many "unforeseen" events. Now it appears that Hamilton has left the area because HomeAdvisor can't locate and I can find no way to communicate either. HomeAdvisor no help and don't stand behind recommendations. When I complained they basically said "sorry".

I would not recommend this company at all. We gave Bill $1700 deposit and have not heard from him since. The little bit of work he did do, we had to take apart. We had to buy all new materials, because the material he bought was very cheap.

He installed an exterior door. The installation meet my expectation, good service, He was happy to have me as a customer. He did great job. Thanks.

We hired Bill Hamilton to replace screens at our home. He said he had worked for a screen company before. So we felt he had the expertise. We even prematurely recommended him to two of our neighbors. He arrived in a timely manner but after he replaced 5 of our screens, one of our porch panels and our screen door, he left us with 5 badly dented and scratched screen frames where he and his employee tried to put back in the spline. They were beyond repair. The screen panel on our porch was loose and had a bad crease. We made numerous attempts for months to get him to fix the damage to no avail. He avoided our calls and was rude and short when we finally got a hold of him We ended up having to buy new screens with the frames. To his credit, he did not cash our check. Both our neighbors had similar problems with the jobs he did for them. Looking at his positive reviews, he should not attempt to rescreen!!!

On time, on schedule, on budget. Lastly a great clean up when they completed the project. Excellent experience!!

He went above and beyond what we expected. He always likes to leave something special on his jobs. He replaced bad portions of our deck, stained it, power washed it, replaced siding, power washed the house and did an amazing job. The special thing he did on my moms deck was routered out all the edges! Beautiful finish! The work was impeccable. I can't say enough about them!

He is very professional and should he get tied up with another job, he calls immediately to let you know. He is the only person I will hire when something goes wrong in the house.

This guy is great! Got the job done and it is such a wonderful difference now. I will use him for all my other projects!
