Greeted on Thanksgiving morning with a leaking water heater and wet basement. Bill responded to my request within minutes - even on Thanksgving day. Got back to me first thing Friday morning with a price quote as promised. Went forward with water heater replacement. Finished quickly and took the old tank. Price seemed a little high but service was excellend.

He promptly got back to me, and was willing to come out anytime, even during the night. He fixed the problem, and I had him come back another time to do other work that needed to be done. So far, everything looks good. He seemed knowledgeable and professional. Also, was neat in his work and I would hire him again.

Bill was the first to respond to my emergency service request. He gave me a call just minutes after I started the project. After describing the symptoms of my boiler breakdown, he said he would need to order parts to fix it, but he would be at my door at 6am to troubleshoot. And that is exactly when he arrived. Bill troubleshooted the problem which turned out to be a blower motor failure. It took hours to find the part, but with his help we found the part not to far away. Once the part was acquired, he installed in just a couple hours. I am very happy with service and his commitment to customer satisfaction.

It was a good overall experience with Bill Healy Plumbling & Heating. Once we talked to him on the phone he came over as soon as he had the chance to and assessed the problem we had and then since it was so late in the day he was forced to wait till the next day to be able to fix it because we needed a new part. But once he got the part he came right back over and got the job fixed right away and did a very good job.

The project was top notch. Bill healy is a true professional and goes above and beyond what the job might require. Since the completion of the project I have called him several times for other matters. He always responds immediately . I feel very secure knowing Bill Healy is on the job.

When I asked Bill for two quotas of two different brand electric water heaters, he gave me five quotas for three brands with different warranty periods. He is respectful, professional and always on time. The price of the service is also reasonable.
