Bill Isbell Construction, LLC.

After an initial review of of 7 GCs, I choose Bill Isbell. We signed a contract. I paid him a down payment, and he disappeared. Three weeks later, he told me that he was broke & could not do the project. He never did one day of work on my project. Now we're in a lawsuit because he violated Colorado law, stole my money & set back the timeline by months.

Their work is second to none! I am very happy with the overall project and craftsmanship. The project is taking a bit longer than I anticipated and communication could be better as far as letting me know the project schedule. Their bid was much better than others and I feel the quality surpasses the norm.

Bill and his employees did an incredible job with our remodel. We are so pleased with everything that was done. There is not 1 single thing we would have done differently.

Bill Isbell and his crew "saved" us last August 2003 when Mike Jennings walked off our kitchen and dining room remodel, leaving us with only the boxes for kitchen and dining room cabinets. Within a week and a half of contacting Bill, we settled on a contract and he had a crew in to complete a very difficult and messy remodel. However, although our contract with Bill included replacing a hollow core pocket door to our main floor bathroom with a solid core door, we've been waiting since August for Bill to "find the time" to come back and complete his part of the contract. Bill has promised several times since then when I've contacted him to get the job done, but he never calls and the job remains incomplete. That's frustrating.

I have been very very impressed with Bill Isbell and his outstanding crew. The kitchen looks fantastic! They were on time every single day and were fastidious about cleaning up - which was very important since I have two small children. Bill was a pleasure to work with and I would hire him or refer him to anyone who needed an honest, trustworthy contractor.

Finally, a contractor that does what they say their going to do. I would recommend them to everyone.

This has been the best contractor I've EVER worked with. On time, high quality work. Firm price and drawings before the job. I contracted this house myself, and he is by far the best.
