Unreliable plumber. Bill Lohsen came to our home in Pawlet to fix the A/C that was leaking badly. Drained the hose from the living room (second floor) to the main unit in the garden and told us the problem was resolved. An hour later we had a bad leak again. When we called him he said, it's the tray. I will call you tomorrow. For the next 3 days he didn't return our phone calls but sent us a bill for $88.

Great job, I called, He returned the call immediately. Work was completed in two days...Awesome. I called two other plumbers and never even got a return call. I will go to Bill Lohsen for all of my plumbing needs from now on.
