Bill Pentz Well Drilling and Pump Service

We contacted Bill Pentz Monday 7-20-2020 at almost 8pm. Phil immediately answered the phone and came right over in the dark to examine our well issue. He was very kind and professional. He came back first thing the next morning and repaired our well pump. It has been working perfectly since he left. Phil was absolutely wonderful and so was the price! Would recommend him and this company to anyone in need of this service!

I had Bill Pentz install a new well pump and piping for my well because the original steel piping was leaking. He mentioned he would put PVC piping (sch-80) in the well with the new pump so you would not have the same problem with the piping get corroded and leaking. That was five years ago. Yesterday I had to have my well pump and piping pulled out because I was losing a lot of pressure. It turns out there was an steel coupler /sleeve between the well pump and the PVC piping connecting it together. The STEEL piping was very corroded and had (2) 1/4 holes in it. It looks like the steel coupler was much older than five years old. Was it from my original well piping 17 years ago? THE BIG question was why was that STEEL coupler/sleeve on there?? The company I used yesterday just replaced that steel coupler with a PVC coupler and then put everything together. It works great now and that STEEL coupler-sleeve should of never been used five years ago. Expensive mistake.
