left a mess behind. i had to get rid of all the old shingles and found many nails in my driveway and yard. never answered my calls

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects

Did not complete the agreed upon work. Left broken glass in the apartment. Pre-paid for a portion of the work and was never completed. Neither me nor Homeadvisor can get in touch with him. He still has a key to the apartment so I have to replace the lock at extra cost. Will not return phone calls or finish the work. Please use another service and don't let this happen to you.

Mr. Pettis and I walked the roof together. I told him that it had 2 layers already...he said ok. He quoted a price which we agreed on, and he collected a little over half down. He then came back later and said there were 2 layers...he would have to raise the price $1,200. We were a bit wary, but said ok. The work was done in 1 day, they cleaned up, and I walked the roof again with a worker. It appears to be very good work. When he moved the dumpster I saw it had damaged the driveway. And the final thing was they (probably) inadvertently took my rake.
