We did a kitchen/powder room renovation with Bill and we really could not have asked for a better partner! We had been putting this on hold for a year, and after meeting Bill to get a final estimate we felt confident in moving forward right away. We knew that we wanted to work with Bill right after he came to quote the work- the level of detail he took in really checking how feasible this would be in our time frame and budget could not be compared with the other estimates we had. Our project was on schedule and on budget, and the entire process was so smooth thanks to Bill. He is honest, hardworking, accommodating, patient, and everything you could hope to have in your general contractor. He and his team take great pride in their work and treated our home and budget with care and respect. He helped us pick the right vendors to partner with and was extremely responsive and helpful before and during the process. We live in a condo and they made do with the space we had, but they were also very respectful of our community and shared space while doing anything outdoors. I appreciated that he came to check in daily even if he was not directly working on the renovation that day. His rates were competitive, his sub-contractors worked in a manner consistent with his quality, and his work is meticulous. When we had a scheduling issue with our counter installers (not coordinated through Bill), he made time to come do all the final steps for us so that we did not have to wait. The team was diligent in cleaning up and leaving our space as livable as it could be when they were done for the day which I really appreciated since I am home all the time now due to COVID. I would highly recommend Bill and his team and look forward to hiring them for any future work we need, I really canâ t say enough how happy we are and how beautiful our home looks! We hired Bill to rebuild our front porch. Bill answered our call promptly and suggested several types of material and designs we could use. The work was meticulously done. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely call Bill with any future projects around our home.

We hired Bill to do our kitchen remodel, which consisted of a small kitchen, dining and sitting area, all with the same floor in common. We had researched many, many contractors, partially because one had walked out on us just prior to cabinets being ordered. Needless to say, we were somewhat guarded when we had to start the search all over again. Bill was very personable and patient from the start. He communicated well, provided a detailed quote, and answered our many questions along the way. Bill and his crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy. It was apparent that they were skilled craftsmen, who took pride in their work and cared about the finished product. Bill made it clear from the start he wanted us to be happy at the end of the job. We noticed things along the way that other contractors would have or could have cut corners on, but Bill and his crew were very detail-oriented and worked together to find the right solutions. He uses quality subcontractors, and it was very comforting to hear them speak highly of him as well. We now have the beautiful kitchen we had waited so long for thanks to Bill and his crew, and we would highly recommend them. Bill knows how to run a business. Thank you, Bill!
