Bill called me literally within minutes of sending out a request for a landscaper through Home Advisors. He set up an appointment to look over my property for a fall clean up. On the appointed day, he even called ahead to ask if it was OK if he came a few moments early. We agreed on a price, and his crew came and did a beautiful job. I can honestly say it was the best clean up I've ever had. I am impressed with Bill's professionalism and his dependability. That is KEY. I so appreciate the fact that he calls back and e-mails back! I have had three other landscapers that seemed to drop off the face of the Earth, never returning calls or e-mails. It's great to see that there is at least one landscaper in the area that handles his customers with respect and communicates. I have hired Bill's company for the summer, and am hoping this excellent service continues.

I found Bill Co. through Home Advisors after a bad experience with my prior landscaper. He called immediately after receiving the inquiry, he came to the house within a few days and sent me the quote the next day. Already started working on my property in less then a week and the work they did was wonderful so far and the communication is excellent. Highly recommend him!

They were fast and did a good job. The only thing that bothered me a little is that they said they would come in the morning but came in late afternoon. Since it was the first visit, I like to be home and see the work being done. Now I wouldn't mind that much if they come a different time of the day, because I know they work well.

He followed up with a phone call to check that the job was satisfactory. When a machine broke and he couldn't fulfill one of my requests, he sent someone back to do other work at no extra charge

They did such a great job cleaning up my yard, I hired them for all my lawn care needs. They do a great job and are extremely dependable and reliable. Bill and his workers are friendly and courteous. I've just hired him to take care of my snow removal as well.

Highly recommended! Bill is taking care of the mowing and yard cleaning for us on a property we have for sale in Monroe.
