Biller Maintenance and Construction

Dave Biller founded BMC in the fall of 2005. He has a diverse background of knowledge and experience, which includes construction, maintenance and customized applications. 1985-1991: Served in the U.S. Air Force as a Structural Specialist in Civil Engineering. Left the military after Desert Storm. 1991-1996: Attended Penn State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development. 1996-2004: Managed a maintenance program for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. 2005: Instructor of building trades for Lycoming Career and Technology Center. Fuel prices shortened Dave's teaching career at the Lyco CTC. Fall 2005: Founded Biller Maintenance and Construction. Dave has completed apprenticeships in carpentry and masonry; completed vocational programs in welding, electrical and refrigeration; completed continuing education courses in construction management, contracting and safety management. Dave volunteers for the US Coast Guard Auxiliary and has served as Vice Commander and Commander for the State College PA flotilla.
