Billfish Air Conditioning

We had a new system installed for AC and Heat pump, including all new ducting and drops. Overall price is very fair and the installers are professional, courteous and accommodating. Poor communication and planning by sales/project mgr. leaves a bad taste in our mouth for any future install work. I would recommend requesting a full diagram approval and explaining of work to be done. I would also consider it a red flag if the salesperson does not inspect thoroughly the existing system before designing and quoting the job. When issues with the job were raised, this person was rude, condescending and un-professional.

Had to call for service on ac. Was given appointment the next day at 9-11am. They contacted me at 830 to see if 9am would work. The crew came in,dx the issue and said a part needed to be ordered. I had company coming the next day and told them I really needed air. He contacted main office and they had a part and they were back out at noon. Job completed and house is cool. Techs very friendly and understanding. Great communication

I called Billfish and they came out the same day and Carlos fixed the issue immediately. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. I needed a new system and William Pass came out following the repair a couple of days later, He looked over my old system, made some recommendations for the new system and the price was more than reasonable. William was great to work with and spent the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I am extremely happy with Billfish and this was my first experience with them. I am confident that the installation will go smoothly, I would recommend them to everyone,
